Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppels, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site. JTECH authorizes you to view and download the Materials at the Site only for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify or in any other way change the Materials from the Site. You may not reproduce or publicly display or distribute the Materials from the Site for any commercial or public purpose without the prior written consent of JTECH. Applicable Laws. This Site is administered by JTECH from its offices in Midvale, Utah. JTECH makes no representation that Materials or services at this Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from locations where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Materials may also be subject to United States export controls, which prohibit exporting certain technical data and software to certain territories. If you choose to access this Site from other locations, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable laws. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.

Termination. This Use Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Use Agreement at any time by destroying all Materials and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof which are or were in your possession, whether made under the terms of this Use Agreement or otherwise. This Use Agreement will terminate immediately without notice from JTECH, if in JTECH’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any of these or other applicable terms or provisions. Upon termination, you must destroy all Materials obtained from the Site and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this Use Agreement or otherwise.
