Dano YbarraPresident & CEO

Dano Ybarra is an international speaker and best-selling author of Guiding Your Raft, 17 Lessons in Leadership to Safely Guide Your Business Through Calm and Tumultuous Waters (available in English and Spanish). As co-founder of a startup, he led them to a unicorn exit. When Steve Jobs was asked to reinvent Apple he tapped Dano on the shoulder to help him sort out his channel. Dano presented the plan to launch $60B/year Apple stores. While working at Adobe he served on the Acrobat architecture committee creating the PDF files we all love. Dano has launched businesses in 15 countries around the globe, is an expert in starting and growing businesses domestically and internationally and has spoken to audiences across 8 countries from dozens to thousands in attendance. Dano has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. When not engaged in business, Dano enjoys hanging out with his wife, children, and grandchildren, hiking, backpacking, skiing, riding his horses, and creating crazy objects in his wood shop.

Jessica HansenVice President, Finance & Operations

Jessica Hansen has been part of JTECH Medical since 2010, where she currently serves as Vice President, Finance & Operations. Starting her career with the company as an Education Coordinator, Jessica has grown into her role by managing finance and operations with a focus on automating systems, enhancing customer training, and boosting team efficiency. Known for her caring and outgoing nature, Jessica is always ready to share a good laugh and bring a positive energy to the workplace. Her dedication to making a difference extends beyond her professional role; she is passionate about the outdoors, an avid reader, and enjoys knitting and crocheting in her spare time. Jessica is also a proud pen collector with a serious coffee habit. When she's not streamlining operations at JTECH or indulging in her hobbies, Jessica treasures spending time with her family, embracing the joys of life outside of work.

Darrell JacksonVice President, Product, IT, & Regulatory

Darrell Jackson has dedicated 27 years to JTECH Medical, advancing from Customer Service Representative to Director of Technical Services. His career reflects impressive growth, and a broad skill set across technical support, R&D, marketing, IT, training, and regulatory affairs. Darrell has expertly managed complex certification transitions, including the shift from MDD to MDR in Europe and from CMDCAS to MDSAP in Canada. His commitment to innovation and efficiency throughout the company is a key aspect of his work. Outside of his professional achievements, Darrell is an enthusiastic traveler who enjoys discovering new places with his family. He also takes pleasure in creating gourmet dishes, quilting, woodworking, scuba diving, and immersing himself in a good book.

Erik Groberg, BCPE, AEPClinical Director & Clinic Consultant

Erik has worked in the healthcare industry for over 25 years. Before joining JTECH Medical, he previously worked as a consultant in Ergonomics and Occupational Safety & Health. He is an Associate Ergonomics Professional (AEP) with the Board Certification in Professional Ergonomics (BCPE). He also previously worked as a research assistant performing in-vitro biomechanical testing of surgical devices and implants, and developed a mini-pressure transducer system for measuring intervertebral disc pressures during in-vitro spine testing. He has his BS in Exercise & Sport Science, MS in Mechanical Engineering focusing on Clinical Biomechanics of the Spine, and was pursuing his PhD in Mechanical Engineering focusing on Ergonomics & Occupational Injury Prevention before having to take a break, all from the University of Utah. His PhD program is one of the handful offered through one of the handful of NIOSH funded Education & Research Centers throughout the country, and Erik was a grant award recipient from NIOSH for funding his research involving examining work-related musculoskeletal injuries of the shoulder. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, shuttling his two kids to and from soccer and football practices, boxing, scuba diving, traveling, and doing nothing at all, just relaxing.

Brian BraneClinic Consultant

Outside of work, I'm all about staying active and enjoying time with family. I'm married to my wife Kyli and we have two girls, Sydnee & Adelynn along with our beagle, Max. I enjoy playing tennis, picklball and going to the gym regularly. I'm also an avid sports fan that loves cheering on my girls at their soccer games along with our hometown team and Super Bowl champs the Kansas City Chiefs. GO CHIEFS!

Cindy NguyenClinic Consultant

Cindy brings over 15 years of successful experience in medical sales. Born in Michigan, Cindy has lived in California all her life, cultivating a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and a passion for advancing medical solutions. Throughout her career, Cindy has held key roles at prominent companies with expertise in various sectors, including anesthesia, rehab, diagnostics, hospice care, and wound care. She has consistently driven growth and built strong professional relationships. Outside of work, Cindy is a dedicated mother to three children—two girls and one boy. She adeptly manages her career alongside her love for fitness, travel, and family time. Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, Cindy's diverse cultural background enriches her work and enhances her ability to connect with clients and colleagues.

Holt WaltiSales Operations & Marketing

He's a genius, golfer and brother. Holt has been in technical sales for his entire career and prides himself on building relationships and helping people/companies. He is a huge golfer, absolutely loves the game and all that comes with it. His passion for sports and life push him to be better. Don't stop growing.

Jeremy LaMontCustomer Support

Working primarily with small companies where a broad set of talents and abilities is required. Interfacing with consumers, clients, and business partners has helped to develop excellent communication skills for a variety of business-critical situations. Jeremy specializes in communication in written, verbal, and digital media (audio/video content). He has the ability to convey simple or complex information in ways the recipient can understand.

Reina (Roo) RagsacCustomer Experience

I am always intrigued by learning something and building upon what it has to offer. Be it a new hobby. new job, or new friendship/relationships I strive and get my energy from digging a little deeper to make each experience the most fulfilling it can be. I have learned the value of personal connections and what it means to really listen, empathize and grow with each new conversation I have, item I read, and opportunity I can get!

Jo Sibert has been a vital part of the JTECH Medical team for almost a decade, expertly managing our warehouse operations. Her role covers a broad range of responsibilities, including inventory management, shipping logistics, purchasing, quality assurance, and more. Jo’s expertise and meticulous attention to detail ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Outside of work, Jo enjoys attending live sporting events and comedy shows and cherishes quality time with her family. Jo’s commitment to excellence at work makes her a valued and dynamic member of our team.
