Epic Spinal Function Sort Kit

The purpose of the 50-item Spinal Function Sort (SFS) is to quantify the disabled person′s perception of ability to perform work tasks that involve the spine. By comparing this report with functional test results, magnification or minimization of dysfunction can be identified. The SFS is easily scored and yields a single "Rating of Capacity." Normative values for both healthy and disabled males and females are provided. Additionally, the Rating of Perceived Capacity score can be cross-referenced to the U.S. Department of Labor′s Physical Demand Characteristic of Work System. 50 drawings including internal validity check drawings, 100 score cards, User manual.
