*Due to known interactions between Intel-based computers and high-speed USB 3.0 ports in Windows 8/8.1/10, some USB 1.1/2.0 compliant products have been observed to experience inconsistent functionality. To avoid inconvenience and promote the best possible experience, JTECH strongly recommends use of AMD-based computers rather than Intel for use with Tracker Freedom devices.
MacOS X Compatibility
JTECH Medical software has been tested on MacOS X with the following requirements:
- Windows emulator such as VirtualBox, VMWare Fusion, or Parallels
- A license for a supported Windows operating system
- A license for Microsoft Word or Microsoft Office

The following information applies to all JTECH products:
- In order for JTECH representatives to provide proper, timely service, it is recommended to have a telephone located within reach of the computer running the system.
- Software will not operate without activation.
- A broadband internet connection is highly recommended for software updates and remote support.
