• Erik Groberg, BCPE, AEPClinical Director & Clinic Consultant

Erik has worked in the healthcare industry for over 25 years. Before joining JTECH Medical, he previously worked as a consultant in Ergonomics and Occupational Safety & Health. He is an Associate Ergonomics Professional (AEP) with the Board Certification in Professional Ergonomics (BCPE). He also previously worked as a research assistant performing in-vitro biomechanical testing of surgical devices and implants, and developed a mini-pressure transducer system for measuring intervertebral disc pressures during in-vitro spine testing. He has his BS in Exercise & Sport Science, MS in Mechanical Engineering focusing on Clinical Biomechanics of the Spine, and was pursuing his PhD in Mechanical Engineering focusing on Ergonomics & Occupational Injury Prevention before having to take a break, all from the University of Utah. His PhD program is one of the handful offered through one of the handful of NIOSH funded Education & Research Centers throughout the country, and Erik was a grant award recipient from NIOSH for funding his research involving examining work-related musculoskeletal injuries of the shoulder. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, shuttling his two kids to and from soccer and football practices, boxing, scuba diving, traveling, and doing nothing at all, just relaxing.

With over a decade of experience in the healthcare and sales industries, Chase has consistently demonstrated a proven track record of optimizing operational efficiency and leading teams to exceed their performance goals. Chase excels in client relationship management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration, consistently delivering results that enhance client satisfaction and service delivery. Chase has extensive experience working in both direct patient care and healthcare service sales, with a deep understanding of healthcare products, insurance processes, and Medicare guidelines. This expertise enables Chase to effectively develop and execute strategies that enhance client relationships, expand market reach, and improve service outcomes. Outside of work, Chase is passionate about community service and has volunteered at the homeless shelter for nearly 20 years, providing invaluable support to those in need. An animal lover, Chase also dedicates time to volunteering at the local humane society, where they enjoy walking and caring for dogs. This commitment to service and compassion drives Chase's professional approach to healthcare, reinforcing a deep sense of empathy and dedication to improving the lives of others. Currently pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA), Chase combines advanced business acumen with a passion for the healthcare industry. Chase’s leadership philosophy centers around empowering teams to succeed, cultivating strong client partnerships, and fostering an environment of continuous growth and improvement.

• Holt WaltiClinic Consultant

He's a genius, golfer and brother. Holt has been in technical sales for his entire career and prides himself on building relationships and helping people/companies. He is a huge golfer, absolutely loves the game and all that comes with it. His passion for sports and life push him to be better. Don't stop growing.

• Jeremy LaMontCustomer Support

Working primarily with small companies where a broad set of talents and abilities is required. Interfacing with consumers, clients, and business partners has helped to develop excellent communication skills for a variety of business-critical situations. Jeremy specializes in communication in written, verbal, and digital media (audio/video content). He has the ability to convey simple or complex information in ways the recipient can understand.

Jo Sibert has been a vital part of the JTECH Medical team for almost a decade, expertly managing our warehouse operations. Her role covers a broad range of responsibilities, including inventory management, shipping logistics, purchasing, quality assurance, and more. Jo’s expertise and meticulous attention to detail ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Outside of work, Jo enjoys attending live sporting events and comedy shows and cherishes quality time with her family. Jo’s commitment to excellence at work makes her a valued and dynamic member of our team.
