  • Dano YbarraPresident & CEO

Dano Ybarra is an international speaker and best-selling author of Guiding Your Raft, 17 Lessons in Leadership to Safely Guide Your Business Through Calm and Tumultuous Waters (available in English and Spanish). As co-founder of a startup, he led them to a unicorn exit. When Steve Jobs was asked to reinvent Apple he tapped Dano on the shoulder to help him sort out his channel. Dano presented the plan to launch $60B/year Apple stores. While working at Adobe he served on the Acrobat architecture committee creating the PDF files we all love. Dano has launched businesses in 15 countries around the globe, is an expert in starting and growing businesses domestically and internationally and has spoken to audiences across 8 countries from dozens to thousands in attendance. Dano has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. When not engaged in business, Dano enjoys hanging out with his wife, children, and grandchildren, hiking, backpacking, skiing, riding his horses, and creating crazy objects in his wood shop.

Jessica Hansen has been part of JTECH Medical since 2010, where she currently serves as Vice President, Finance & Operations. Starting her career with the company as an Education Coordinator, Jessica has grown into her role by managing finance and operations with a focus on automating systems, enhancing customer training, and boosting team efficiency. Known for her caring and outgoing nature, Jessica is always ready to share a good laugh and bring a positive energy to the workplace. Her dedication to making a difference extends beyond her professional role; she is passionate about the outdoors, an avid reader, and enjoys knitting and crocheting in her spare time. Jessica is also a proud pen collector with a serious coffee habit. When she's not streamlining operations at JTECH or indulging in her hobbies, Jessica treasures spending time with her family, embracing the joys of life outside of work.

  • Erik Groberg, BCPE, AEPClinical Director & Clinic Consultant

Erik has worked in the healthcare industry for over 25 years. Before joining JTECH Medical, he previously worked as a consultant in Ergonomics and Occupational Safety & Health. He is an Associate Ergonomics Professional (AEP) with the Board Certification in Professional Ergonomics (BCPE). He also previously worked as a research assistant performing in-vitro biomechanical testing of surgical devices and implants, and developed a mini-pressure transducer system for measuring intervertebral disc pressures during in-vitro spine testing. He has his BS in Exercise & Sport Science, MS in Mechanical Engineering focusing on Clinical Biomechanics of the Spine, and was pursuing his PhD in Mechanical Engineering focusing on Ergonomics & Occupational Injury Prevention before having to take a break, all from the University of Utah. His PhD program is one of the handful offered through one of the handful of NIOSH funded Education & Research Centers throughout the country, and Erik was a grant award recipient from NIOSH for funding his research involving examining work-related musculoskeletal injuries of the shoulder. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, shuttling his two kids to and from soccer and football practices, boxing, scuba diving, traveling, and doing nothing at all, just relaxing.
